Hi, I'm Melissa

I am a freelance prop maker and artist based in the south east, with a BA Hons degree in theatre design from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. I specialise in creating props, scenery and art using a variety of different materials and techniques.
 

Past work includes Glyndebourne, BBC, Kenny Wax, Wild Creations, KD Decoratives and Theatre Royal College, among several others. I also take on freelance prop and art commissions.

As well as running Melissa Rolfe Props, I have been a contracted member of the Glyndebourne prop department since 2015.
